This is half of the initial quote⛤I start working on the commission, checking in according to our agreement⛤Final WIP: This will be the last opportunity fo rminor recisions, after everything has been approved I will send you the second invoice that will be the other half of the original quote + any fees that came up. After the payment went through I will send you the final ZIP

⛤ Commission Terms of Service ⛤by commissioning me you agree to these rules. If you are unsure about anything or have questions, feel free to ask me! I'd much rather solve problems and work with you than blacklist.

⛤ General ⛤• Keep my time zone, UTC + 1 / + 2, in mind when waiting for responses.• Any repeated or severe rule-breaking will result in cancellation and blacklisting.• English is not my native language and I am neurodivergent, it is in your best interest to explain what you want clearly and without excessive use of slang or veiled speech.⛤ Timeline ⛤• Depending on the type of work there will be progress checkpoints that need to be approved before I continue to work, these are either written in the listing or agreed upon during the discussion time.• I will let you know about delays as soon as possible.• You will let me know about changes to the timeline as soon as possible.• There might be a fee if I need to rush to meet the deadline because you failed to respond to checkpoints in a timely manner or move the deadline closer than originally agreed upon.⛤ Payment ⛤• Prices listed on my commission sheets are meant for individual clients / small businesses only and do not include commercial rights by default unless stated otherwise.• I am to be paid in Euro.• Payment is usually divided into two invoices:◦ Deposit: 50 % of original quote, due upon me accepting and informing you I am ready to begin.◦ Final: 50 % of original quote + additional fees that might have come up, due upon completing the work but before I release the files.• Alternatively you can choose to pay fully upfront, and any fees that came up afterwards.• DO NOT send the payment on your own if you ordered through DM, E-Mail, or the form – Wait for further instruction or an invoice!• I will not begin to work until the deposit is received, exception if you want to see a rough sketch first.• Longer projects may use multiple payment checkpoints that have to be paid off for me to continue the work, these will be discussed upfront.• You DO NOT have to pay while you are on the waitlist, only once I am ready to begin.• Should I raise prices after your commission has been accepted and put on the waitlist the quote WILL NOT change.⛤ Revisions ⛤• Depending on the type of work there will be different amounts of revisions, usually two per checkpoint. These are written in the listing or discussed beforehand.• Any revisions more than outlined before will cost you my hourly rate if the revision would take more than 1 hour to complete.• Revising something previously agreed upon will cost you my hourly rate to fix if we’re already in the next phase of the project. (e. g. major changes to the pose after we’ve moved on to lineart)• Me misunderstanding or missing a detail present on your provided reference material DOES NOT count as a revision.⛤ Cancellation ⛤• If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit+ passed checkpoint payments are non-refundable, unless I break the agreement.• If I cancel the deposit + passed checkpoint payments are refunded in full, unless the cancellation was caused by you:◦ ghosting, hostility, making me uncomfortable, charging back payments◦ I have to, and will, clearly warn you before I can cancel this way.• If you cancel after or close to the final delivery, the discussed price and any additional fees remain due.⛤ Usage ⛤• I keep the copyright and authorship to my work and can display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.• You may use the commissioned work non-commercially, unless otherwise agreed upon.• Commercial rights can be negotiated retroactively.• You may change a custom character design as much as you like, just keep appropriate credit.• You may resell models, designs, and the like up to the same price you paid me at the time of commission.• You can post the commissioned piece on your socials, websites, etc..• DO NOT claim credit for my work.• DO NOT edit my work and then claim these rules don’t apply.• DO NOT remove my watermark / signature.• DO NOT a version of a custom design while keeping the original.• DO NOT upload to or train any generative AI with my work.• DO NOT make NFTs of my work.⛤ Posting and Credit ⛤• Wherever possible I will be credited as the artist directly and visibly.• You can ask to stay anonymous when I post.• You can tell me not to share the work anywhere at all, this will add a fee.• You can tell me to keep the commission secret until a certain time (birthdays, NDA, etc.)
